Marble and Agglomerate Marble for Indoor Use.

Agglomerate marble is a resin-bound material and therefore not a pure natural product. Marble and agglomerate marble can only be used indoors, as they are soft stones that are not weather-resistant.

Marbles are popular in interior design today. They are used as floor and stair coverings, as well as tiles. Due to their acid sensitivity (vinegar, wine, citrus fruits, and strong cleaning agents), untreated marbles are not recommended for use in kitchens or as kitchen countertops or tabletops. Stains may occur.
